Is Midtown Brandywine a safe neighborhood?

Midtown Brandywine is an exceptionally safe neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware. Due to the close cohesion of our community of residents, we all tend to look out for each other and each other’s property.

Also, due to our close proximity to downtown Wilmington and numerous excellent food and beverage establishments, and the main Wilmington hospital, we enjoy the close support of the Wilmington police department. We have a permanent Wilmington police department liaison officer who knows just about everyone in the neighborhood and who makes himself available for any questions or concerns.
